About the Role
As a Senior Associate in PIA’s Strategy & Advisory practice, you will work with industrial clients to solve critical business challenges. You will lead workstreams, analyze complex business issues, and develop actionable strategies to improve performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and problem-solving across strategy, cost optimization, procurement, and market positioning.
- Develop fact-based recommendations based on financial modeling, industry benchmarking, and operational insights.
- Manage project workstreams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and clear client communication.
- Conduct due diligence, feasibility assessments, and competitive analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with client leadership to drive impact.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 5–7 years of experience in strategy consulting or industrial advisory (top consulting firm or relevant industry experience preferred).
✔ Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Experience with procurement, footprint optimization, cost transformation, and capital allocation is a plus.
✔ Ability to lead workstreams independently and communicate complex insights clearly.
✔ Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
