Who You’ll Work With
At Partners In Action (PIA), you’ll primarily collaborate with industrial companies to address their most pressing operational and strategic issues. Working alongside a diverse group of experts, you’ll help create actionable solutions that lead to real, measurable outcomes.
Your Impact at PIA
As part of a small team of 1-3 consultants, you’ll focus on identifying the key levers to solve everyday new industrial challenges along with our clients. You will intervene in topics including but not limited to re-designing operating models, analyzing P&L and driving performance improvements that translate directly into measurable results.
Your role might involve analyzing cost structures, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that the changes you implement reflect positively in the P&L.
You’ll gather and analyze data, test hypotheses, and craft actionable recommendations. You’ll then work closely with client teams to implement those solutions on the ground, driving tangible impact and presenting results to senior management. Some projects may require travel to client sites.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree (e.g., Engineer, Master’s in Management) or 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong interest in industrial sectors, with a solid understanding of P&L levers and how to drive performance improvements that show up in financial results
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams
- Comfort in navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing situations
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using quantitative methods to solve complex problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and in English (Arabic is a plus).
