About the Role
As a Senior Manager in PIA’s Value Creation & Implementation practice, you will lead the identification and execution of EBITDA growth, operational efficiency, and cash flow optimization initiatives for industrial clients. You will work closely with senior executives, manage complex transformation programs, and drive measurable financial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end value creation initiatives, from opportunity identification to execution.
- Drive EBITDA improvement strategies, including cost reduction, pricing optimization, working capital enhancement, and procurement efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational transformation plans, ensuring sustainable efficiency gains.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and scenario modeling to assess impact and drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with client leadership and frontline teams to de-risk execution and ensure ownership of transformation levers.
- Manage project teams, ensuring structured execution, clear communication, and high-quality deliverables.
- Support business development efforts, including client pitches and proposal development.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 8–12 years of experience in consulting, private equity value creation, or operational transformation (industrial sector focus preferred).
✔ Proven track record in driving EBITDA growth and cash flow optimization through hands-on execution.
✔ Strong financial modeling, operational analysis, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to engage with C-level executives and operational leaders to drive impact.
✔ Experience in procurement optimization, footprint rationalization, restructuring, or working capital management is a plus.
✔ Fluent in English and French (Arabic is a plus).
